BIDIRECTIONAL RAILS

MOVEMENT TRANSFER CART WITH SCISSOR LIFT

Scissor lift generally is used for transfer carts with high lifting height demand. It uses the principle of levers to provide power to the scissor frame through the retracting of the hydraulic cylinder. The lifting and lowering of the upper deck is realized by unfolding and folding of the scissor frame. There is a fixing device and guiding device at the end, so that the upper table can be smoothly raised and lowered.

The transfer cart is composed of three frames on the upper, middle and lowers sides. The upper layer is the lifting platform, the middle layer is the longitudinal running frame and the lower layer is the horizontal running frame. There are positioning points at the intersections of the rails. The cart stops after the proximity switch on the frame senses the positioning point. The rail switched by the lifting of the jack upward of the hydraulic cylinder.
