This kind of flat car is mostly composed of two transfer cart running in a vertical direction, upper cart is smaller and the lower cart table size is larger, upper cart running in the trench rails, the table rails and ground rails on one level, upper cart working on the lower cart table, then realize the parallel rail changes through the operation of the lower cart.
