ANNEALING FURNACE
USING FLAT CART
The cart is designed and manufactured based on the consideration of annealing furnace application. The cart is made up of two carts: top cart and bottom cart and these two carts running direction and vertical. The bottom cart is used to connect the annealing furnace. The bottom car rails are connected with the rails in annealing furnace after they are overturned. Overturned arm mounted on the top car is used to push and pull the equipment in the furnace. This design avoids the high temperature and influences the electrical. Mobile rails and mobile overturning arm can automatically connect, which greatly increase the production efficiency.
