MAGNETIC NAVIGATION

Equipped with an electromagnetic automatic navigation device, after finished the computer controlled programming, AGV can auto follow the specified magnetic nail route, with the rechargeable battery as its power source. Magnetic nail is fixed on the floor along the pre-set driving path. Two sensors are installed symmetrically at both ends of the AGV and 16 sensory points are installed on the sensors. The degree of deviation from the path is calculated by the change of the sensor points. The automatic control system can manage the AGV steering through this deviation and the continuous dynamic closed-loop control system can ensure the AGV automatically and accurately follows the pre-set path.
